Anxiety is not a weakness or a character flaw, it is simply a thought we have over and over again. 

I have done a lot for fear in my life. Some of it good, some of it not so good. Fear can be functional if we can keep it from overwhelming us. 

We can only do this if we forget everything we know about fear and give ourselves permission to think again.
